Tom Flynn, Cathedral Road, Cavan. Monday July 25th, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.

Beloved husband and best friend of Eileen, adored father of Fiona and Thomas.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, son, daughter in law Phuong, his treasured grandchildren Luca, Ana-Rosie and Darby, his loving brother Michael and sister Sarie, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral home, Dublin road, Cavan on Tuesday evening from 6.00pm until 8.00pm.

Removal on Wednesday morning to arrive at St Aidan’s Church, Butlersbridge, for 11.00am Requiem Mass, Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan.

Sean Moore

Clontarf, Dublin / Arvagh, Cavan

The death has occurred of Sean Moore, Clontarf, Dublin and formerly of Arvagh, Co. Cavan. Passed away 24th July 2022 (peacefully) surrounded by family in the great care of the staff of Beaumont hospital. Predeceased by his devoted wife Teresa and sisters Noreen, Mossie, Kathleen, Mary, Annie, Phyllis and brother Tom (Junior). Cherished Dad to Helen, Deirdre and John; Sean will be very sadly missed by his loving family, daughter-in-law Tara, his adored grandchildren Archie, Harry, Poppy and Zoe, sister Theresa, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Removal on Thursday morning, 28th July, to St. Brigid's Church, Killester for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium.

Gerard (Tomo) Smith, Larrigan, Carrickaboy, Co. Cavan, Monday, July 25th, Peacefully, at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his sister Ursula and brother Des. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Marie, daughters Aileen (Jim) and Orla (Aidan), sons Paddy (Roisin), Karl (Caroline), Darragh (Lisa) and Adrian, grandchildren, sisters Rosaleen, Margaret & Carmel, brothers Tomás, Philip and Colm, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck (walk through only please) on Tuesday (26th) evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal from his home on Thursday morning to St. Josephs Church Drumkilly arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House Private please to family and close friends. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Surgical 2 and Medical 1 wards Cavan General Hospital c/o donation box, funeral directors or any family member.

The death has occurred of Colm Keenan, Mullinault, Latton, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Saturday, July 23, suddenly in Peru. Colm, predeceased by his father John. Deeply regretted and remembered with love by his heart broken family and friends, his mother Patricia, brothers Gerard (Navan) and Sean (Mullinault), partner Sharon, sisters in-law Paula and Tracy, his cherished nephews James, Conor and Harry, aunts, uncles, cousins and his many friends world wide.

Elizabeth (Betty) McKenna (née Finlay)

Tullyvogey, Tydavnet, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Betty) McKenna (Nee Finlay), Tullyvogey, Tydavnet, Co. Monaghan, Monday 25th July, peacefully in her 93rd year surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by her loving husband John, brothers Pat-Joe and Arthur.

Much loved and supportive mother to Gabriel, Gerry, Ann, Carmel, Mary and Kevin. Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her loving brother Kevin and sisters-in-law Josephine and Peggy, daughters-in-law Cathy and Colette and sons-in-law Colm and Johnny. Adored grandmother of Stephen, Karen, Paula, Selina, Christopher, Shauna, David, Paul, James, Emma, Robert, John, Leo, Gemma, Ryan, Eoin and Ciara. She will also be sadly missed by all of her great-grandchildren both here and in London, nieces and nephews and wide circle of friends and neighbours of Tydavnet and Mornington.

Elizabeth's remains will repose at McMahon's Funeral Home, Mullan Road, Emyvale, H18 FK80 from 4pm until 7pm on Tuesday, 26th of July. Funeral mass on Wednesday morning at 11am at St Dympna's Church, Tydavnet. Burial afterwards in an adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass will be streamed live on 'Tydavnet Parish RC Churches' Facebook page.
