Biodiversity talk planned for Bailieborough

Conservationalist Heather Bothwell will give a talk about biodiversity in Bailieborough.

The event will take place on Saturday morning, August 20, at the Church of Ireland, Parish Hall (A82 YY60) starting at 11am.

Heather will not only talk about what Biodiversity is, but also and give examples of it in the local town.

The Antrim-native, who now lives in Cavan, is a lifelong birdwatcher and wildlife enthusiast, exploring first hand unusual plants, flowers, leaves, berries and bugs

She has a degree in Zoology and also has many years' experience working in the area of horticulture.
