Patricia McGovern (née McDermott)

Willesden, London &, Swanlinbar, Cavan

Formerly Barnacogue, Swinford, Co. Mayo. Patricia will be sadly missed by her husband Joe, daughter Jenny, son Shane, Jenny's husband Woody, Shane's partner Yvonne, brothers and sisters Padraig, Mary, Teresa, Chris & Tony, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at her residence in Swanlinbar, Co. Cavan (H14PK15) on Wednesday evening from 5pm until 8pm. Walk-through only and no handshaking please.

House private at all other times.

Removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St. Patrick's Church, Corlough, Co. Cavan (H14VK30) for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed on the following link https://vimeo.com/748869761

Margaret (Madge) Byrne (née Logan)

Derryolam Park and formerly of Lough Fea, Carrickmacross, Monaghan, A81 VX45

The death has occurred of Margaret (Madge) Byrne (née Logan), 8 Derryolam Park, Carrickmacross and formerly of Lough Fea, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, peacefully surrounded by her family in her 99th year at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Tuesday 13th September 2022. Predeceased by her husband Charlie, son Peter, grandson Simon, granddaughter Kellyann, son-in-law Benny and her brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, daughters Ann (Sherry), Carmel (Finnegan), Rosemary (Scales), Bernadette (Watters) and Margaret McCusker, sons Charlie and John, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren brother Pat, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her residence Derryolam (A81 VX45) on Wednesday afternoon from 2pm to 10pm. Removal on Thursday to St. Patrick’s Church, Upper Magheracloone arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Tommy (Tom) Byrne

No. 9 Valley Close, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Tommy (Tom) Byrne, No. 9 Valley Close, Carrickmacross, Co.Monaghan. Tuesday, September 13th, peacefully at the Beaumont Hospital Dublin, surrounded by his loving family. Tommy, deeply regretted and remembered with love by his wife Mary (Markey), sons Jamie (Melissa) and Dermot (Chloe) and his adored grandson Tommie, brothers Patsy (Leege), Jackie (Ardee), Mickey (Dromard), sisters Mary Hand (Ardee), Maggie Castle (Croydon) and Patricia Byrne (Louth Village), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Tommy will repose at his residence today, Tuesday, from 6 pm until 9 pm and again tomorrow, Wednesday, from 2 pm until 9 pm. Removal on Thursday morning from the residence at 10:30 am(driving), to arrive at St.Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross for Funeral Mass at 11 am followed by burial in St.Enda’s Cemetery, Killanny, travelling via Roe’s Corss and Dromard Lane.

House private on Thursday morning please.

Longfield, Castleblayney, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Patricia Kelly, Longfield, Castleblayney, Co.Monaghan. Tuesday, September 13th, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda.

Patricia, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her brother Joe Kelly (Annahale), sister Marie Kelly (Longfield), nephews Mark (Maja) and Paul (Tracey), grandnieces and grandnephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Patricia will repose at Wards Funeral Home Castleblayney tomorrow, Wednesday, from 3pm until 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning at 10:40 am proceeding on foot to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Castleblayney for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
