It is with regret that we note the following deaths from Counties Cavan and Monaghan over the past 24 hours, as reported on RIP.ie
Aiden Bradley
Griffith Park, Cootehill, Cavan
The death has occurred of Aiden Bradley Griffith Park, Cootehill, Co. Cavan, October 5th 2022, suddenly at his home. Predeceased by his wife Mary (nee Kelly), parents Paddy and May Bradley, brother Gerard, sisters Mary Lowry, and Finnie Sherlock. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving family, son Aiden (Australia), daughter Aoife (Navan), wife Bernie, brothers Michael and Jim, sisters Sarah, Kathryn, Nuala and Eileen, his adored grandchildren Jacob, Conor, Cara, Luke, Chloe and Ava, son-in-law Alan Chaney, daughter-in-law Natenya, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family in Longford and Cootehill, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Francis (Frank) McDonald
Ardaghey, Monaghan
Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his family, on his 90th birthday.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Ethna, children Maura, Colm, Jim and Fergus, son- in- law Gerard Sherlock, daughter-in- law Oonagh (McCaffrey), cherished grandchildren Gareth, Tarah and Donna, niece, nephews and extended family circle.

Francis’ funeral cortege will travel from the family home on Friday 7th October 2022 at 10.30 a.m., to arrive at St. Macartan’s Cathedral, Monaghan for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m.
Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Calvary Cemetery, Latlurcan.
Family residence strictly private by request.
