Sr.Ursula Leathem, St. Clare's Convent , Newry and late of St. Clare's Convent, Cavan , Thursday November 10th 2022, peacefully. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Clare's Chapel , Cavan on Sunday next at 1pm. Burial will take place afterwards in Cullies Cemetery.

Eddie Bias

15 Ardlo Manor, Mullagh, Cavan, A82 XE77 / Meath

The death has occurred peacefully of Eddie Bias 15 Ardlo Manor, Mullagh, Co. Cavan formerly Carnlough, Rd., Cabra and Lucan, Dublin, Thursday 10th November 2022.

Predeceased by his sons Derek and Gareth. Sadly missed by his beloved wife Pat, sons Eddie, Stephen, Jeffrey, Andrew, and Gavin, partners, grandchildren, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Rest In Peace Eddie.

Reposing at his home A82 XE77 on Friday 11th from 2 pm to 8 pm. Removal on Saturday morning 12th November arriving at St Killian's Church, Mullagh for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to the Cancer Society.

Patrick (Paddy) Clarke

Leiter, Bailieborough, Cavan

Patrick (Paddy) Clarke Guildford ,Surrey U.K and late of Leiter, Bailieborough, Co Cavan passed away peacefully in England on 9th November aged 95. Predeceased by his loving wife Kitty, brothers Andrew, Hugh and sister Kitty. Dearly missed by his children Rosemary, Bridget, Patrick, Kathleen and James, 6 grandchildren,3 great grandchildren. Brother Dan, Sisters Mary , Rose and Bridget. Extended family and friends.

Jimmy Sexton, 103 Botanic Avenue, Glasnevin, Dublin and formerly of Redhills, Co. Cavan. 8th November 2022. Predeceased by his parents Rose and Michael, brothers Andy and Michael. Deeply regretted by his brother, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, grand nieces, grand nephews, relatives and friends.

Remains reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd., Cavan on Saturday evening from 5.00 to 7.00 pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday, 13th November, at 11am in St. Brigid's Church, Killoughter, Redhills. Burial immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Ellie Capaldi (née Connolly)

The death has occurred of Ellie Capaldi ( née Connolly). St. Macartan's Villas, Carrickmacross. 10th November 2022. Peacefully, following a short illness, surrounded by her beloved family, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Louth County Hospital, Dundalk. Predeceased by her husband Andy, her son Michael, her daughter Linda, her granddaughter Maria and her sister Marie (O'Reilly).

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her cherished family, her daughter Martina and her sons James & Andrew, Martina's partner John Murray, her daughters-in-law Mary (Duffy) & Mary (Marron), her adored grandchildren Gary, Liam, Paul, Sarah, Edel, Conor & Alan, her sister Kitty (Rennick) and her brothers Michael, Pat, Tommy & John, her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

Ellie will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, A81 D328, on Friday, 11th November, from 3pm until 8pm.

Ellie's funeral cortège will leave her home, St. Macartan's Villas, on Saturday, 12th November, at 10:35am, proceeding on foot to St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Peacefully surrounded by her heartbroken family. Predeceased by her parents May and Steve, her sister Mary, brothers Paddy and Felix. Imelda will be sadly missed by her husband Johnny, daughters Lorna (partner Blake) Emma (partner Craig) and son Robert (partner Stef), sisters Ann, Bernie, Philomena, Christina, Katherine, Martina, Claire, Josephine, Olivia and Rose, her brothers Francis, Gerry and Peter, mother in law Bridgie Duffy, in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

John McCabe, Inis Glora, Ballinalack, Co. Westmeath and late of Clones, Co. Monaghan - November 9, 2022 - peacefully at home in the company of his wife and family.

Dearly loved husband of Rose and devoted father to Jason, Aaron, Mark and Cormac. John will be very sadly missed by his wife and family, his cherished grandchildren Jay, Niamh, Luke, Daragh, Finn, Theo and Roisín, daughters-in-law Emma and Gemma, Mark's partner James, brother Barry, sisters Maighreád, Deirdre, Siobhán, and Áine, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Monica Skinnader (née Holland) 18 Oriel Park, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan, Monica passed away peacefully Wednesday, 9th November, in the wonderful care of St.Luke's Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family.

Monica will be sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Jim her three wonderful children Richard, Fiona, Caroline and her cherished grandchildren Nathan, Andrew, Megan, Aimee, Aaron, Leon, Maisie and Jamie who were the light of her life. Fondly remembered by her sisters Marie and Teresa and brothers Kieran, Vincent, Brian and Gerard along with the extended Holland and Skinnader families. Sadly missed by her closest friends who loved her dearly and all those she touched by her presence, kindness and love of life.

May she Rest in Peace and everlasting happiness.

Monica's remains will repose at her home on Friday from 3pm to 8pm. All other times are private to family please. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday morning at 10am at St.Patrick's Church, Corracrin, burial afterwards in The Church of the Holy Family Cemetery, Ballyoisin.
