Eileen Hill nee Scott, Corravilla House, Shercock, Co Cavan peacefully at Castleross Nursing Home on the 19th of May 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband John, brother Robert and brother in law Ken. Deeply regretted by her children Margaret (Iain), Patricia, Caroline (Robert), Isobel (Martin), Alex (Lavinia), Sandra (Colm) and Sam (Michelle) her adored 22 grandchildren, her brother Tommy, sisters Lily and Olive, brother in law Robert, sisters in law Rhona and Gena, her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Clarke’s funeral home Bailieborough on Saturday evening from 5pm - 8pm. Removal from her son's (Sam) residence on Sunday at 1:30pm to arrive at Shercock Parish Church for funeral service at 2pm. Burial afterwards in adjoining graveyard.

Family flowers only please donations in lieu, if desired to the Shercock Church of Ireland repair fund c/o George Hall Funeral Directors or any family member.

The Hill family would like to acknowledge the wonderful care received by Eileen at Castleross Nursing Home in recent weeks and indeed all of her 3 years residence there.

Predeceased by his wife Maureen, sister Bridgie and brothers John and Aidan. Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters Helen (Peter) & Sharon (Aidan), sons Padraig (June), Oliver (Jacinta), Declan (Evelyn) & Damien (Patrice), his 15 grandchildren, sisters Eileen (USA), Noleen (Longford), Eilish, brothers Eddie, Tommy & Seamus, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Briody`s Funeral Home, Kilnaleck on Saturday 20th from 6-9pm. Removal from his home on Sunday morning arriving to St. Patrick's Church, Kilnaleck for Funeral Mass at 11.15am. Burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ballinarry. House private to family, neighbours and friends please. Predeceased by her husband Patsy, sisters Kathy and Eileen, brothers Andy, Donnie, Seamie and Mickey. The death has occurred of Seamus Carroll, Corleadargan, Friday, 19th May 2023, peacefully at home after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents James and Mary, brother Paddy, sister Ena siblings Eamonn and Bridie who died in infancy, and niece Sonia. Seamus, deeply regretted by his devoted wife Delia, his sons James (Jean) Michael (Helen), Eamonn (Mary) and Martin (Katie). Seamus will be greatly missed by his 6 adoring grandchildren Jimmy, Ellen, Finian, Annie, Rosie and Edward extended family and wide circle of friends.

Seamus’ funeral cortege will leave from the family home on Monday, 22nd May, at 11.15am arriving to St. Michael’s Church, Annyalla (A75 E304) for requiem mass at 11.30am with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
