Air fryer buffalo wings

INGREDIENTS

10-15 chicken wings

300ml of your favourite hot sauce

A good nob of butter

1tsp garlic powder

1tsp paprika

1tsp of baking powder

Two pinches of sea salt

Two springs onions sliced

Garlic & chive mayo

METHOD

In a bowl mix the spices, baking powder and sea salt into the chicken wings. Place them into the air fryer and air fry at 200C for 20mins.

In a saucepan add the hot sauce and butter and simmer until the butter melts into it.

Toss the wings into the sauce in a bowl and serve with garlic and chive mayo with a good scattering of spring onions.
