Arch-I Modular Solutions was founded by Matt Fitzgerald and Garrett Rothwell in 2020 when they identified a gap in the market for superior steel prefabricated buildings that could be transported quickly and efficiently.
The products are constructed to precision detail in a fully monitored, quality-controlled environment at the company’s Cavan-based manufacturing facility.
“We have developed our own unique Quality Assurance (QA) system to track and monitor the construction of our units from initial order to installation onsite,” explains Matt proudly.
“We provide a range of turnkey buildings including, but not limited to, office units, classrooms and staff accommodation. In addition, we offer a bespoke consultancy service whereby we work with our customers to create and manufacture a design specific to their needs.”
Meanwhile, the best thing about the service, according to Matt, is the harmonious convergence of innovation, adaptability, client-centricity and uncompromising quality.
“Every project is unique and our service revolves around tailoring modular solutions to the specific needs and preferences of our clients,” he continued.

Matt says the best business advice he’s ever received is to prioritise relationships over transactions. He highlighted how, in the modular construction industry, where he wears multiple hats, comprising quality, sales, marketing and fostering genuine connections has proven to be invaluable.
