Council sells 0.3 acres to Cavan Gaels GFC

The disposal of 0.3 acres of council land at Lurgaboy to Cavan Gaels GFC was sanctioned at the February meeting of Cavan County Council for the sum of €2,650.

The deal was proposed by Cllr Patricia Walsh (FF) and seconded by Cllr Madeleine Argue (FG). The disposal is pursuant to Section 183 of the Local Government Act 2001 and Section 21 of the Local Government (Planning & Development) Act 2000.

Notices in respect of the matter had been circulated.
