Michelle Cullivan from Amsha Bridal with her award for Wedding Boutique of the Year in Ulster, which she claimed last month.

A special experience at Amsha Bridal

Every little girl should feel special on their Communion Day and Amsha Bridal strives to deliver a “positive experience” for all its Communion and Bridal customers.

Michelle Cullivan is behind the Crossdoney-based boutique and has been providing the service for the past five years or more - with customer satisfaction and the ‘feel good’ factor at the heart of everything she does.

Amsha Bridal carries the Sweetie Pie Collection range of Communion dresses with prices from €200 to €450 per gown, depending on the detail. The popular American brand strives to cater for all sizes and shapes.

“We also do half sizes,” explains Michelle, adding that young girls shouldn’t be exposed to concerns about size and shape and her focus is on a body-positive image and making them feel beautiful and comfortable.

“They are too young to be thinking about that type of thing. A lot of the main suppliers do dresses for ages seven, eight, nine and ten. We also cater for ‘in between’ and there are two sizes’ letting out on all our dresses, which is great,” said Michelle.

Amsha Bridal also allows customers to pay for their dress in instalments to help spread the cost.

In addition to the dress, little women have access to the full range of Communion accessories. “Veils, head pieces, tiaras, gloves, bags, socks, shoes and trainers. We have everything,” gushes Michelle.

Amsha Bridal is fresh from its latest award success - having last month been named the Wedding Boutique of the Year in Ulster at the sixth annual Wedding Awards.

The boutique is also a finalist in the Boutique of the Year category in the Weddings Online awards this Month.
