Sean Donohoe, Drumhilla, Poles, Co. Cavan (Ex Eircom). Saturday March 9th, suddenly at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his loving wife Mairead (nee Carroll), and infant son Noel. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken children Ailish (Ollie), Joanne (Joey), John (Tina), Marguerite (Martin), Patrick (Grace) and Michelle (Brent). Remembered with love by his 14 adoring grandchildren, sisters Patricia and Freda, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan on Thursday from 5pm until 8pm. Removal from his residence on Friday to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, Killygarry for Funeral Mass at 12noon, followed by burial in St. Dympna's Cemetery, Lower Lavey (via Drumhilla / Feagh). Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to St. Vincent De Paul, care of PJ Brady, Funeral Director.

Brendan Shevlin, Nolagh, Shercock, Co. Cavan and formerly of Drumconrath, Co. Meath, died on the 12th March 2024, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his brothers Peter, Eugene and sister Anna.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Julia, sons Brendan, Martin and Kevin, daughter Catherina, daughters-in-law Helen, Claudia and Barbara, son-in-law Darren, his ten adored grandchildren, brothers Tommy, Paddy and John, sisters Kathleen and Margaret, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough on Wednesday, 13th March, from 5pm - 8pm. Funeral to arrive at St. Anne's Church, Bailieborough on Thursday morning for funeral mass at 11am with burial afterwards in St. Anne's Cemetery. Streaming in St. Anne's Church, Bailieborough is unavailable as the webcam is out of order.

Thomas John (Jackie) Dodds

Lisceenan, Castleblayney, Monaghan, A75 Y260

Peacefully on Monday, 11th March 2024, at O.L.O. Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Pre-deceased by his brothers Joe and Jimmy and sister Lily.

Jackie will be dearly missed by his loving family; daughters Dawn (Darren) and Jolene (Andrew), son Wayne (Aileen), their Mother Essie, grandchildren Nicole, Kayley, Joe, Millie, Adam, Evie, Becky and Sam. Also his sister Agnes and brother William and the entire family circle.

Resting at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Aileen, eircode A75 Y260, on Tuesday evening from 8pm until 10pm and on Wednesday from 2pm until 8pm.

Funeral service on Thursday, 14th March, in Garmany's Grove Presbyterian Church, eircode A75 HY62, at 2pm. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Jackie, if so desired, to Garmany's Grove Presbyterian Church Repair Fund (cheques made payable to same) c/o Conly Funeral Directors, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan or any family member.

Kelly, Eileen, (née O’Mahony) –12th March 2024, (Beechpark Court, Coolock), Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at St Anne’s Nursing Home, Ballybay, Co Monaghan. Loving mother of Aidan, Orla and John. Predeceased by her loving husband John and infant son Ciarán. Sadly missed by her sons and daughter, son-in-law Gareth, daughter-in-law Carmel, grandchildren Alex, James, Sophie, Lucy, Jack and Molly, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Rd, Coolock on Thursday afternoon, 14th March, from 2pm to 4:30pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of St Brendan, Coolock arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Dardistown Cemetery.

Ballybay, Monaghan

Gavin Nolan, Ballybay and late of Shannon Harbour, 11th March, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by his parents John and Wendy and sister Lorraine (Lolly). Sadly missed by his brothers Stephen and Mark, sisters Susie, Tracy and Jillian, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, on Wednesday evening from 5.00pm until 7.00pm. Funeral Service on Thursday, the 14th of March, at 11.00am in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan, followed by Cremation.
