Beechview, Jonesboro, Carnaross, Kells, Co Meath and formerly Kilgola, Finea, Co Cavan. Peacefully at Moorehall Lodge Drogheda, Surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her daughter Edwina, grandson Oisin, son in law Brian, her parents Thomas and Rose, siblings Phyllis, Kit, Noel, Liam and Rhodie.

Sadly missed by her loving husband Eddie, daughters Caroline, Rosemary, Julie and son Edward, grandchildren Rebecca, Liam, Brian, Shane, Niall, Eimear, Jack, Leah, Fionn. Her great grandchildren Conor and Caoimhe, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at her home (A82YW26) on Thursday from 4pm until 10pm and on Friday from 2pm until 10pm. Removal arriving to St Ciaran's Church, Carnaross on Saturday for 1.30pm Funeral Liturgy.

Internment afterwards in Finea Cemetery

The death has occurred of Kevin Lynch, late of Ardmone, Mountain Lodge, Cootehill, Co.Cavan, Wednesday 27th March 2024, peacefully surrounded by his adoring family. Predeceased by his devoted wife Bonnie.

Deeply regretted by his loving family, his daughters Mary Doyle (Farrell), Veronica Smith (Martin), Nuala Rogers (Kieran), Eithne Cooney (Paul), Eileen Church (Pete), Margaret Donohoe (Michael), Una Rogers (Noel), Carmel Lynch and Majella Sheridan (Damien), his adored 22 grandchildren, sons-in-law, his sister Alice Clarke and Rita Lynch, sister-in-law Mary Lynch, nephews, nieces and extended family.

Joseph Edward Magee, our loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather & brother to Annie, Willie, Aidan, Mary & Colette has sadly passed away. Our dearly loved Joe passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.

May he rest in peace

Joe was born April 12, 1943 in Ballyconnel County, Cavan. It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of his departure.

Joe's funeral mass will be held 4th April 2024 at 12.30 PM. St Josephs Church, 23 St John’s Street, Hertford, Herts SG14 1RX. England. Family flowers only please.

Sarah Saunders (nee McDonagh) late of Cavan Road, Virginia, Co. Cavan and Branchfield, Coolaney, Co. Sligo. Wednesday, March 27th (peacefully) in her 101st year at the home of her niece, Eithne & Ronan Larkin, Rosbeg, Westport, Co. Mayo.

Predeceased by her husband George, her sisters & brothers including Bridget Lawrence of Carrownaskeagh, Coolaney and Denis McDonagh of Cashel North.

Deeply missed by her much loved nieces and nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at Matthews Funeral Home, Virginia on Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm with Removal thereafter to Mary Immaculate Church, Virginia arriving at 9pm. Funeral Liturgy on Saturday at 11am. Cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan at 1pm.

No flowers by request.

Nicholas (Nick) Smith, Killann, Shercock, Co. Cavan died on the 27th March 2024 peacefully surrounded by his family at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda in his 92nd year. Predeceased by his wife Pauline, his brothers and sister.

Sadly missed by his loving daughter Rosemarie, son-in-law Vincent, his adored grandchildren Dylan and Laura, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Suddenly and unexpectedly, at Cavan General Hospital.

Beloved son of the late Rikki and Aggie, much loved brother of Scott, Suzanne and Robert, cherished brother-in-law, uncle and a good friend to many.

Richard will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Richard’s life will be held at Inverness Crematorium, Scotland on Wednesday, 10th April 2024, commencing at 12.15pm. All family and friends respectfully invited. Mabel Keating, Annalore, Newbliss, Co Monaghan Tuesday the 26th of March peacefully surrounded by her loving family and caring staff of The County Care Home, Tempo Road, Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh.

Predeceased by her husband Cecil. Cherished mother of Heather (Simon), Ian (Linda), David (Amanda), Andrew (Gladys), Jonathan (Naomi) and grandmother of her adored grandchildren. Mabel will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her daughter, sons, grandchildren, sisters Heather Kelly and Jean Dolan, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Resting at her home on Wednesday the 27th of March 2024. Removal to Saint Laebhan's Church Killeevan H18 D634 on Friday the 29th of March to arrive for funeral service at 2pm followed by interment afterwards in Newbliss Church of Ireland graveyard, Lisdarragh, Newbliss Co Monaghan H18 TP99.

The death has occurred of John Duffy, Tattygar, (Blackhill) Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Wednesday March 27th peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

Pre-deceased by his parents Phil and Alice, sister Philomena, brother Pat, son in-law Fergal, daughters in-law Denise and Sarah, grandson Patrick and great-grandson Lorcan.

Anna McCabe, Laverne, Ballybay Road, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family on the 26th of March 2024.

Pre-deceased by her parents, Patrick and Margaret, and her brothers Eddie (Jenny), Paddy (Verney), and Fr. Eugene. Deeply regretted by her sisters, Teresa McCoy (John), Rosaleen McDermott (Brian), Sheila Earley (Cathal), and her brother Brian McCabe (Philomena). Sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Anna’s funeral Mass will take place in St. Joseph's Church, Carrickmacross, on Monday, 1st April at 11am followed by burial at St. Peter & St. Paul's Cemetery, Lower Magheracloone.

Predeceased by his daughter Ann, his granddaughter Aimee, his parents Johnny & Kit, his brother Jack, his sister Mary Martin, his sister-in-law Liz, his brother-in-law Billy Martin, his nephew Joseph Martin and his niece Fiona Bowie.

Loving wife of Seamus (Ginger) and cherished mother of Michelle (Brendan Gormley), Evelyn (Eddie Lavelle) and Gary (Teresa). Pre-deceased by her parents, Leo and Kathleen, her brother Kevin and sisters Patricia and Kathleen (in infancy).

The death has occurred of Carmel Murray (Nee Boyle), Killycarnan, Scotstown, Co. Monaghan H18NN60 and formerly Corranny, Roslea, peacefully at home in the loving care of her family.

Predeceased by her father Pat, brother Bernard, brother-in-law Brian, nephew Ronan, niece Colleen and father-in-law James Patrick Murray. Carmel will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband Ciaran, sons Patrick (Sharon), Paul (Aime), Colin, daughters Aimee (Dean) and Edel (Cole), and grandchildren Charlotte and James. A dear daughter of Margaret Ann and treasured sister of Hugh, Jimmy, Ciaran Paddy, Geraldine and Nuala.
