Road re-opened after Cavan Town collision

The scene of a two-car road traffic collision which occurred at the Drumgola exit of the N3 has been cleared, and the road has since re-opened

Gardaí and emergency services responded to a report of a two-car road traffic collision at Drumahurk, Butler’s Bridge, Co Cavan, which occurred at around 10:30am this morning.

"Two people were brought by ambulance to hospital as a precaution," a garda spokesperson stated.

"No other injuries reported at the time," they said.
