The death has occurred of Marie Antoinette (Tetty) Brady (nee) Holt, Formerly of Connaught St., St. Joseph St, Phibsborough, Dublin. September 30th 2025 at the Mater Hospital, Dublin after an intensive stay. Formerly a nurse and midwife. Beloved wife of the late Patrick (Paddy) Brady, and beloved mother of Francis, Maria, Andrea and Patrick. She will be deeply missed by her loving family, Sisters Gabrielle and Paula, Sons-in-law Michael and Les, nephews, nieces, grandchildren Luke, Josh, Heather, Joseph, Anna, Andrea-Molly, Ciáran and her great grandchildren Dawson and Ayda Rae her grandchildren’s partners Jodie and Kirsty and friends.

Tetty will be reposing at her Daughter’s residence in Balbriggan on Thursday 2nd October for the whole day, with prayers in the evening. Removal leaving her Daughter’s residence on Friday morning 3rd October to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Middle Chapel, Cootehill, Co. Cavan for 2pm funeral mass, burial afterwards in Middle Chapel, Cemetery.
Barry Francis O'Reilly
Bailieborough Road, Mullaghland, Mullagh, Cavan
Bad Vöslau, Austria
Suddenly, at his home in Austria on 29th September.
Predeceased by his beloved parents, Mattie and Mary Jo O’Reilly, he will be forever cherished and deeply missed by his brothers Fergus and Martin, his nieces Julie and Louise, his nephews Eoghan and Naoise, and extended family Wuri, Siobhán and Orla.
Barry’s passing is also a profound loss to his many friends, both in Ireland and abroad.

Ben Reilly, Moyle Hill, Tierworker, Kells, Co Meath died 30th September 2025, suddenly but peacefully, at his residence. Predeceased by his sons Baby Oliver and Luke. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Rose, his sons and daughters Rosemary (David), Benny (Pauline), John (Rosie), Mella (Michael), Philip (Therese), Edel (Niall), Trudy (Martin), Thomas (Marta), brother Tom, sisters Josie, Nellie and Grettie, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, 28 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The death has occurred of Bernadette Ahern (née Keenan), Queens Park, London and formerly of Crossalare, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, peacefully in her 97th year at St. Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London Friday 12th September 2025. Predeceased by her husband Sean and daughter Ann. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving son Derek his partner Lubna, brother James, sister Philomena, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Deery’s Funeral Home, Carrickmacross (A81 C653) on Friday morning 9am until prayers at 10am with removal via Crossalare to St. Lastra’s Church, Donaghmoyne A81 P978 arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining Cemetery.

Predeceased by his son Damien, his father Jim, his mother Kathleen and his brothers Gussie, Eddie, Dessie, Sean and infant Sean.

Peacefully on Wednesday, 1st October 2025, at Cavan General Hospital.
Pre-deceased by her beloved daughter Annette.
Myrtle will be dearly missed by her loving and devoted husband Martin and sons Richard (Jen) and Gregory (Marie), also her treasured grandchildren Ryan, Nicole, Leah and Zoe, sisters Rita, Violet, Hazel and Doreen, brother Derek and the entire family circle.
Resting at her home.

The death has occured of Peadar Mc GEOUGH (The Crescent, Castleblayney) Passed away peacefully on 30th September 2025 at Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Margaret. Cherished dad of Stephen, Dermot, Janet (Dandy) and Seán. A much-loved father-in-law to Karen, Teresa, Áine and Mick. Adored grandad (Paddy) of Gavin, Abaigh, Jim, Daisy, Meabh, Dáithí, Ronnie and Faolán, who will miss him dearly. Peadar will be remembered with love by his entire family including brothers John Francis, Gene, Martin and Seamus, the extended McGeough and Mason families, his neighbours and his many friends. Predeceased by his loving parents Brigid and Peter (Dromore, Drumakill).
