That philosophy has helped C-True build a loyal patient base stretching across Virginia, Mullagh, Oldcastle, and Ballyjamesduff. The practice has become a community fixture, with thousands of people relying on it for both routine care and urgent needs. Thanks to its in-house lab, staff can produce full prescription glasses within the hour when emergencies arise.
The team’s dedication is what truly sets C-True apart. Lab manager Caroline is known for personally delivering glasses to elderly patients who cannot travel; while optometrist Sandra goes above and beyond in follow-ups, ensuring no referral or treatment detail is overlooked.

C-True has introduced a hospital-grade OCT scanner to catch early signs of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetes, as well as advanced visual field equipment capable of detecting strokes and pituitary disease. Their dry eye clinic, one of the busiest in the region, keeps a wide range of treatments in stock, allowing patients to get immediate relief without the extra step of visiting a chemist.
