Mary Lynch nee McCaffrey, 31 Tullacmongan, Cavan Town. 7th of November, peacefully in the loving care of her family and staff at Cavan General Hospital. Predeceased by her parents, Charlie and Maureen, and her dearest brother, Charlie. Mary will be sadly missed by her loving husband and best friend Johnny, her adoring children, Thomas, Angela (Robbie), John, Rosa (Jim), Michael (Kathleen), Helena (Eamonn), and Rachel (Noel), her siblings, Nuala, Dympna, Martina, Annie and Martin, her adored grandchildren and great granddaughter, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, and many friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at the Mc Mahon Funeral Home, Farnham Rd, Cavan on Sunday evening from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday at 12 noon in the Cathedral of S.s Patrick and Felim, Cavan followed by burial in Cullies Cemetery. Mary’s Funeral Mass may be viewed live on the parish website here.
Patrick Kelly
Enniskeen, Kingscourt, Cavan / Sligo Town, Sligo
The death has occurred of Patrick Kelly, Enniskeen, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, and formerly of St. Edward’s Terrace, Sligo, and London, peacefully at Beaumont Hospital, 6th November 2025.
Predeceased by his parents John and Margaret Kelly, and his brothers Thomas, Seán, Flex, Joseph, Owen, Raymond and Niall. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving partner Bridie, his daughters Donna, Amanda and Mary, his sons Robert and Martin, his brother Dessie, his sister Anne. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, stepchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Bros. Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, (A82R3W2) on Sunday, 9th November, from 3pm to 5pm, followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, arriving for 6pm. Funeral Mass on Monday, 10th November, at 10am, followed by private cremation.

Joseph (Joe) Reilly, Mullycastle, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan. Thursday, November 6th (suddenly) at his home.
Predeceased by his parents Hugh & Cecelia and his infant sister Geraldine Anne.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving brothers Martin and Vincent, uncle Peter, aunt-in-law Peggy, sister-in-law Denise, his adored nephews; Ruairí, Killian and Darragh, his many cousins, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Briody's Funeral Home, Kilnaleck on Saturday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday in St. Patrick's Church, Kilnaleck at 1.30pm. Burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Crosserlough. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired, to SoSad c/o Briody's Funeral Home.

Evelyn (Evy) Boylan

The death has occurred of Evelyn (Evy) Boylan, Tyramedon, Annyalla, Castleblayney, Co Monaghan. Friday November 7th, in her 103 year, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Frank, infant son John-Patrick, parents and brothers and sisters.
Deeply regretted and remembered with love by her daughter Frances and son in law Aquinas, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
May Evy's Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace
Evy will repose at her home in Tyramedon (A75 A370), tomorrow Saturday from 2pm to 8pm and again on Sunday from 2pm until 8pm.
Evy's funeral Cortège will arrive to The Most Holy Rosary Church, Tullycorbet on Monday morning for 11am funeral Mass followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to palliative care, Cavan General Hospital, C/o Wards Funeral Home or by donation box.

In celebration of Evy’s long life, the family welcomes the wearing of bright colours to Evy’s funeral.
For the convenience of those attending Evy's wake, a shuttle bus will operate during the reposing times from The Most Holy Rosary Church Tullycorbet Car Park.
Mary Maguire

The death has occurred of Mary Maguire, Ard Josaif, Newtownbutler Road, Clones, Co. Monaghan, H23 AP65, 7th November 2025, peacefully at home.
Predeceased by her parents Edmond and Susan, her sister Phyllis and brother Fr. Edmond Maguire P.E.
Mary will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her cousins, wonderful friends, carers, neighbours, extended family and by all who knew and loved her.
May she Rest in Peace.
Reposing at the family home, Ard Josaif, Newtownbutler Road, Clones, on Sunday from 3.00pm, with removal at 6.40pm to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Clones, arriving for 7.00pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday at 11.00am, followed by burial afterwards in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
