CAPS nominated for community funding campaign

Cavan Autism Parents Support (CAPS) has been nominated for the PTSB Community initiative, the bank’s community funding campaign for 2026.

The public vote to select the six PTSB Community partners for 2026 is now open, and the Bank is encouraging members of the public to support their local charities by voting through the PTSB website or mobile app.

Following a PTSB colleague-led nominations process, 15 charities from across the country have been shortlisted for public vote, of which CAPS is one.

The two charities who receive the highest number of votes in each region will become the official PTSB Community partners for 2026.

Voting closes on February 22 and the public are encouraged to support the charity of their choice by voting here or in the PTSB app.

PTSB’s Head of Sustainability, Courtnee Kyle, said the initiative is about bringing people and communities together for social good.

"For us, it’s about supporting the work of charities that strengthen towns, neighbourhoods and families across Ireland, helping them to scale their impact where it matters most. "
