A-rated efficiency
Energy efficiency is a key feature, with the new homes designed to achieve A-rated energy performance.
The properties incorporate modern construction methods and high levels of insulation, alongside contemporary interiors and practical layouts.
Features include fitted kitchens, separate utility areas, modern bathrooms and fitted bedroom units.
Private gardens are provided with every home, while designated properties also benefit from cobblelock parking.
EV charging provision has also been incorporated.
First-time buyers
With affordability a major consideration for people looking to get onto the property ladder, Smith Property is encouraging prospective first-time buyers to explore the supports that may be available to them when purchasing a new home.
Eligible purchasers may be able to avail of the First Home Scheme and Help to Buy Scheme, subject to the relevant criteria.
The A-rated energy performance of the properties may also make qualifying purchasers eligible for preferential Green Mortgage.
However, individual circumstances vary, and prospective purchasers are encouraged to speak with their bank or mortgage adviser.
A limited number of homes at Gort Na Carraig will also be made available through Cavan County Council's Affordable Housing Scheme.
Those interested are advised to watch for the council's formal application process and register their interest when applications open.
