Donaghmoyne secure another SFC crown

Donaghmoyne ladies regained the Monaghan SFC title with a comprehensive win over Magheracloone at Gavan Duffy Park on Sunday.

Lauren Garland (2-6) and Cathriona Murnaghan (1-4) were in prolific form as Donaghmoyne ruthlessly put their south-Monaghan rivals to the sword.

The five-time All-Ireland champions led by 1-10 to 1-1 at half-time and it was one-way traffic after the restart.

Aoife Burns and Rosemary Courtney also hit the net for Donaghmoyne as they reclaimed the Pauline Devlin Cup in some style.
