Henry Clarke

Ardlougher, Ballyconnell, Cavan

Henry Clarke, Ardlougher, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan and formerly Barrowfield, Glasgow.

Peacefully, at St. Joseph's Nursing Home, Virginia, on Wednesday, October 7th, surrounded by his cherished family.

Predeceased by his devoted wife Clare and more recently by his beloved daughter-in-law Michelle. Sadly missed and deeply regretted by his sons Dennis and Louis, sister Cathy, daughter-in-law Pauline, grandchildren Amy, Stephen, Nicole, Catherine and Thomas, great-grandchild Harry, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing at the residence of his son Denis, Carn, Ballyconnell (H14 HF21) tomorrow evening Friday from 4 o'clock until 8 o'clock. House private at all other times please.

Removal on Saturday morning arriving at St. Dallan's Church, Kildallan for funeral mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Kildallan cemetery.

Patsy Deery

9 Griffith Park, Cootehill, Cavan

Patsy Deery 9 Griffith Park, Cootehill, Co. Cavan October 8th 2026 peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Paddy & Ellie Deery, brothers and sister.

Remembered with love and sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Peggy, children David (Kelly), Darren (Barbara), Trevor (Mary), Adrian (Andrea), Patrick and Sterrin (Darren), brothers Hugh and Aidan, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and a large circle of friends.

Patsy will repose at Mullen’s Funeral Home, Cootehill (H16 FD25) this Friday evening from 4pm to 7pm. Removal leaving Mullen’s Funeral Home this Saturday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St. Michael’s Church, Cootehill for 11 o’clock funeral mass, followed by burial in St. Michael’s cemetery, Cootehill.

House Strictly Private Please.

Kaylin O'Hanlon Geary

Aghnaha, Emyvale, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Kaylin O’Hanlon Geary, Aghnaha, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan, who died suddenly and unexpectedly in New Zealand on Tuesday, 29th September 2026.

Cherished and adored daughter of Adrian and Clare and beloved sister of Emma (Ryan) and Tom.

Kaylin will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her parents, sister, brother, grandparents Eamon and Margaret O’Hanlon and Dette and Bertie Geary, aunts and uncles Briege (Mark McKenna), Tara (Jason McMahon), Rory (Annmarie), Caroline (Avi) and Darren (Catriona), cousins Kelly, Niamh, Majella, Shaun, Meabh, Lee, Toby and Tadhg, extended family, many friends and all who knew and loved Kaylin.

May Kaylin's Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Kaylin will be reposing at the family home, Aghnaha, Emyvale (H18 FX92), on Saturday evening, 10th October, for family and close friends only.

The family home will be open to the public on Sunday, 11th October, and Monday, 12th October, from 2pm to 9pm. Please note that there will be a brief 20-minute break at 5.30pm each evening.

Removal from the family home on Tuesday morning, 13th October, arriving at the Church of the Holy Family, Ballyoisin, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan (H18 WR88), for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

To assist those attending, a shuttle bus will be in operation during the reposing hours, running from Mullan Lighting (H18 EC98).
