St Michael’s Hall regeneration contracts signed

Contracts for the construction phase of the St Michael’s Hall Regeneration Project in Cootehill were signed on Friday..

It marks a significant milestone in the delivery of the major community development, with the latest update confirmed by Minister Dara Calleary to Fianna Fáil Senator Robbie Gallagher in the Seanad.

In 2024, €6.129 million in funding was secured from the Department of Rural and Community Development towards the project, with the remaining balance being provided by the Municipal District (MD).

The confirmation from Minister Calleary will be welcomed by those who have been following the project and awaiting progress towards construction.
