Cloudy with possibility of rain in afternoon

Sunday will begin mostly cloudy across Cavan and Monaghan, with some dry spells during the morning.

Cloud will persist through much of the day, with a risk of showers developing during the afternoon, possibly accompanied by isolated thunderstorms.

Temperatures will be milder, reaching highs of around 13 to 15 degrees.

Cloudy conditions are expected to continue into Sunday night, with further showers possible.
