DINNER OFFERING

Sunday lunch at the Conall Cearnach Restaurant remains a traditional favourite, giving families and friends the opportunity to sit down together and enjoy a relaxed Sunday meal.

During the week, the Summit Restaurant, overlooking the golf course, provides a scenic setting for lunch and dinner. The restaurant offers a full lunchtime menu, while evenings feature à la carte dining with views across the course and surrounding countryside.

For something more casual, Kells Bar and the hotel foyer provide welcoming spaces for a drink or light bite.

COUNTRY CLUB

The Slieve Russell Country Club offers local residents another opportunity to enjoy the resort, with membership providing access to a 20m swimming pool, sauna, steam room, massage jets, children’s pool and fully equipped fitness suite.

A variety of classes are also available, allowing members to stay active, try something new or incorporate exercise into their regular routine.

The Country Club is open daily, with early morning opening from Monday to Friday and extended opening at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Created by Irish golf architect Patrick Merrigan, the course makes the most of the natural landscape, with the 18-hole championship course and nine-hole PGA National Academy course forming part of the 300-acre Slieve Russell Estate.

The course winds through the lakes and drumlins of the Cavan countryside, providing a challenging layout requiring accuracy and good course management.

For those new to the sport or looking to improve their game, the Raflewski Golf Academy offers opportunities to develop skills, while younger golfers can also be introduced to the game.

CONFERENCE CENTRE

The Slieve Russell also plays an important role in Cavan’s business, professional and community life, hosting everything from smaller meetings to major conferences, banquets and events.
