Mostly dry day as sunny spells develop

Weather update from Met Éireann.

A cold start today with mist, fog and some frost. Any frost will quickly clear, but the mist and fog will just gradually clear through the morning and will possibly linger in some areas into the afternoon. Otherwise it'll be a mostly dry day, with some spells of sunshine developing. However, cloud will build from the east at times, bringing a few showers, especially further to the east. Highest temperatures generally of 9 to 11 degrees, maybe a little lower where the fog is slow to clear, in a light variable or easterly breeze.

Tonight, apart from a few isolated light showers, it'll be a dry night with a mix of cloud and clear spells. Some mist and fog will form once again. Cold with lowest temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees generally, with some frost in mostly light variable or northeasterly breezes.

Tomorrow, any frost will quickly clear and any mist and fog will gradually clear through the morning and early afternoon, to leave a mainly dry, bright day with plenty of sunshine. It'll be a little cloudier at times too. Easterly winds will be light or moderate. Cool with highest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees.
