It's all over in Cavan-Monaghan. Result of the tenth just in and Fianna Fáil has won two seats in this now four seater! (scroll to bottom for video)

Smith and Smyth now take the final two seats in Cavan Monaghan for their party (FF) with poll topper Heather Humphreys (FG) having taken the first seat on the first count and Caoimhghin O Caolain (SF) having taken the second seat in the ninth count.
