The Anglo-Celt will host a live debate on the upcoming referendum on whether to repeal the Eighth Amendment of the Constitution.
The video debate, which will be streamed live on our website below, will go live from the Cavan Crystal Hotel at 3pm on Friday, May 18, in front of a live audience.
There will be four speakers on the panel. On the 'Yes' side will be Aisling Mulligan, barrister from Cootehill from 'Lawyers for Choice' and Daniel Downey, a Sinn Féin councillor from Cavan.

Arguing the 'No' side will be Dr Fiona O'Hanlon from Cootehill and Linda Farrelly, a mother from the Cavan Pro Life Group. The debate will be chaired by the editor of The Anglo-Celt Linda O'Reilly.
