ARENA: Kingscourt gym booming after one year

One year on from it"s opening, Kingscourt Handball and Racquetball Club"s groundbreaking Gym an Ri venture, the first of it"s kind in this county, is going from strength to strength. The club is indebted to the local community as well as local business and industry for all of their support over the years in the building of it"s state of the art facilities. The gym building is a complete Kingspan building; incidentally, the company (which also sponsors Cavan GAA teams) is the club"s main sponsor. 'The gym has a fun, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where all ages and levels of fitness are catered for,' said manager Sharon Sheenan. 'The club is delighted to provide the community with this magnificient facility which promotes health and fitness of body and mind.' Personalised courses and fitness programmes for the winter are available at the gym now.
