New year means new classes in Bailieborough

For adults they"re offering pilates classes which are beneficial for creating firmer flatter tummies, toning thighs and bum, improving strength, flexibility and posture. Improving coordination, preventing injuries, releasing stress and relaxation are all part of the course content. Classes are suitable for men and women and will take place on Tuesday nights (7pm - 8pm). Salsa dancing classes gives a flavour of authentic Salsa dance, offering a great chance to relax and have fun with friends as well as being an easy way to shape up. Places are limited so book now. Body Sculpt classes are designed to work on the main areas of the body: bums, tummies and thighs. They target the areas to help you sculpt your perfect shape. Body sculpt classes take place on Monday nights (6.30pm - 7.30pm). Yoga Beginners will help you create balance in your body through developing strength and flexibility, as well as calming the mind. This will take place on Monday nights (7.30pm - to 8.45pm). They are also offering painting classes, digital photography, guitar for beginners and interior design. Enterprise and new business classes and accounts for small business are new to the curriculum for the centre and offer you new opportunities for 2009. Children For children there are Speech and Drama classes. This professional education programme provides a creative and an intensive approach for students wishing to pursue Grade Examinations under the Leinster School of Speech and Drama. This is available to students aged four to twelve. Teenage Drama classes are also on the agenda for 2009 and are designed to stimulate creativity and develop confidence in performance ability through group workshops, improvisation, vocal exercises, scene studies and much more. Classical Ballet is an intensive course which provides students with professional training to improve posture, co-ordination, rhythm, movement and performance. This course is open to students aged four to twelve. Hip-Hop and Contemporary Dance is a fun and energising course that provides professional training for students in co-ordination, choreography and performance. Dance classes are provided for students aged eight to twelve. Tot Singers and Vocal Performance classes provide students with direction on voice enhancement, projection and pitch, pace and scales. Tot Singers is for students aged four to seven and Vocal Performance is for students aged eight to twelve. Guitar Lessons provide students with training in acoustic guitar and explores scales, rhythm, pop music, ballads and provides experience in performance. This course is available for students aged eight to 14. Gymboree for Parent and Toddler classes are designed to introduce young children to music. There will be a variety of activities, all involving music: singing, musical games and instrument playing. The centre is now taking enrolments.
