Appeal after burglary in Cavan

 

Gardai in Cavan are appealing for information in relation to the burglary at a holiday home in Cavan.

The property, located at Corracanvy, on the outskirts of Killykeen Forest Park and situated close to a lane near Lough Oughter Castle, was illegally entered between Friday, April 24 and Tuesday, April 28.

Those involved in the burglary are said to have “caused very extensive damage”.

 

 

Meanwhile, Gardai in Carrickmacross are currently investigating criminal damage caused on Tuesday-Wednesday this week to three floodlights in the grounds of St. Joseph's Church on O Neill Street in the south Monaghan town.
