Search for stolen trailers
Police authorities on both sides of the border are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of trailers stolen locally.
An Ifor Williams’ horsebox was stolen from the Shelvins area of Glaslough in Monaghan between Tuesday-Friday, May 19-22.
Gardaí took to social media to highlight the theft, noting: “If you saw a horsebox similar to this one on the move or can offer any assistance please contact Monaghan Garda Station on 047 77240.”
Separately, a trailer was stolen from the Maguiresbridge area in Co Fermanagh.
The theft occurred between 3pm and 6pm on Monday, May 18.
