Dashcam footage sought after burglars target service station

Gardaí in Cavan are appealing for information from the public following a burglary at a service station on the Dublin Road in Cavan overnight.

Cash and cigarettes were taken and property was damaged on the Applegreen premises.

The incident is believed to have taken place between 12.30am and 1.30am.

Anyone who may have noticed activity in the vicinity of the service station overnight are urged to contact Gardai.

Anyone who was in the area and who may have dash cam footage is also asked to come forward.
