Norman (Norrie) Millar
The death has occurred of Norman (Norrie) Millar, Drumbannon, Bailieborough, Cavan on August 6, 2020, peacefully, at St Joseph’s Nursing Home, Virginia.
Predeceased by his wife Shirley and daughter Caroline. Deeply regretted by his loving daughters Sandra and Norma, sister Sylvia, son in law Michael, his grandchildren Jessica, Cody, Mickey and Ben and great-grandchild Charlotte, brother in law Robert, nieces, nephews and extended family, neighbors and friends.
Due to current government guidelines, Norrie's funeral will be private to family only. The funeral procession will leave Clarke's Funeral Home, Bailieborough, on Saturday at 1.45pm to arrive at Bailieborough Parish Church for funeral service at 2pm (for those who want to show their respects in a socially distant manner along the route). Burial afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.
Michael Curley
The death has occurred of Michael Curley, Drumheel, Virginia, Cavan / Ballyjamesduff, Cavan. Beloved husband of the late Maureen, Thursday August 6, peacefully, in the loving care of his family. Sadly missed by his partner Pauline Keenan, daughters Sharon (Sweeney) and Lynda, sons Paul and Aidan, brother Dennis, sisters Collette and Patty, sister in law, Marie, brothers in law Paddy and Charlie, sons in law Conor and Paco, daughters in law Sophie and Saoire, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Due to ongoing Government and HSE guidelines, the house and funeral is private to family, friends and neighbours. Social distancing must be adhered to at all times.
Reposing at Lakelands Funeral home, Dublin Road, Cavan tomorrow, Friday, from 4pm until 6pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11am in St Joseph's Church, Ballyjamesduff, with cremation afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan.
Pauline Donohoe
The death has occurred of Pauline Donohoe (née Tuffy) Killydoon, Loughduff, Cavan / Enniscrone, Sligo.
Pauline died peacefully at the General Hospital Cavan on Thursday August 6, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Edward. Sadly missed by her loving daughters Elizabeth Lynch, Dymphna Boylan, Ann Guiney and Ita Buchanan, sisters Nan Lavelle, (Dalkey) Helen Seery,(Walkinstown), brothers Tony Tuffy (Enniscrone), Leo Tuffy (Burnfoot), sons-in-law Michael, Oliver, John and Shane, her seven grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces neighbours relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.
Funeral Mass on Saturday in St. Joseph's Church Loughduff at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed on Patrick Hughes facebook page. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, the Pioneer Total Abstinence Association. PTAA. Mullahoran Branch. c/o the undertaker.
In accordance with Government and Public Health Guidelines, Pauline's Funeral Mass will be private to Family and close friends. The family thank you for your cooperation and understanding at this time.
