A fine September's day ahead

Any lingering showers in the east of Ulster will clear this morning as good sunny spells develop, according to Met Éireann. There will be a mix of cloud and sunny spells in the northwest with occasional showers. Highest temperatures of 18 to 24 degrees, coolest in the west. Winds will be light southerly or variable in direction.

Mostly cloudy tonight with the best of any clear spells in the east and the chance of an isolated shower. Areas of mist and fog will form in the slack winds with lowest temperature holding at 12 to 16 degrees.

Tomorrow

Wednesday will be mostly dry with just isolates light showers and some sunny spell developing. Highest temperatures will range 17 to 22 degrees, coolest in the northwest and feeling fresher in general as the day progresses. Winds will be light to moderate and easterly in direction.
