Robert (Bob) Carrihill, Folies Bridge, Belturbet, Co. Cavan, Tuesday, 6th October 2020, peacefully, surrounded by his family in the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Team at St. Christopher's Hospice, Cavan. Sadly missed by his loving wife Jill, sons Kevin and Brian, daughter Kim, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Funeral Service on Friday, 9th October in Lakelands Crematorium at 4pm, followed by cremation. To follow Government guidelines, house and service are private. Thank you for your understanding. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral service, but due to current restrictions cannot, please feel free to leave a message in the Condolence Book at the bottom of this page.

Ernehill, Belturbet, Cavan

Tom Fitzpatrick, Ernehill, Belturbet, Co. Cavan and formerly Kilnaglare, Milltown, Belturbet, 7th October, peacefully, at home in the loving care of his family. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Patsy, daughters Roseleen and Kitty, son Sean, brother Eddie, sisters Kathleen, Mary and Margaret, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Remains will leave his residence this Friday at 11.30am to arrive at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Belturbet, for funeral Mass at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in Drumlane Cemetery.

Matthew Gaffney, Banaho, Carrickaboy, Co. Cavan, Monday, 5th October, suddenly at home. Beloved son of Michael and Kathleen and dear brother of Michael and Bernard. Sadly missed by his heartbroken parents, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandaunts, granduncles, neighbours, relative and many friends.

Due to current government guidelines, Matthew's funeral will be private to family and friends only. The funeral procession will leave his home on Friday morning at 11.30am to arrive at St. Matthew's Church, Crosskeys for Funeral Mass at 12.00 noon with interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Peacefully at his residence. Predeceased by his son Kevin, daughter Christine, brothers Tomas and Gerard. Michael's remains will arrive to St Brigid's Church, East Knockbride on Friday morning for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Patrick's Cemetery, Shercock. House private please.

Kathleen O'Reilly, Carrickakillew, Finea, Co. Cavan, Wednesday October 7th (peacefully). Predeceased by her husband Brian. Deeply regretted by her sister Sr. Stephen, daughters; Rosemarie, Breege and Liz, sons Hugh and Dan, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass on Friday in St. Mary's Church, Carrick, at 3pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. In line with the current Government and HSE guidelines, the Funeral and family home is private.

Jackie passed away, suddenly, at home. Formerly of Killyvane, Monaghan. Beloved wife of Sammy and adored mother of Emma and Jane. Jackie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband, daughters, parents Tom and Peggy (Martin, Killyvane, Monaghan), sisters Marie & Paul Burbridge, Patricia &Jimmy Thompson, Frances & Macartan Mohan and Nuala & Denis O Sullivan, brothers Tommy & Clare and Tony & Breege, mother-in-law Joan, sister-in-law Sandra & Barry Mc Guigan, brothers-in-law David & Briege Mealiff and Ross & Kate Mealiff, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, extended family, colleagues and by all who knew and loved her.

Jackie will be resting at the family home from tomorrow evening Thursday (approx 8pm) with removal on Saturday morning at 11.15am. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Chapel, Clones, Saturday, 10th October, at 12 noon, followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan. Jackie’s funeral cortège to the chapel will travel via Scotshouse Rd., Annalore St., (approx 11.30am), The Diamond and Fermanagh St. House private to family, close friends and neighbours please.

Due to the continued restrictions on public gatherings, Jackie’s Funeral Mass and cremation will be celebrated in the presence of her family.
