Vera Allen

Knocknaveigh, Virginia, Cavan / Donaghmede, Dublin

Vera Allen, Knocknaveigh, Virginia, and formerly of Donaghmede, Dublin. Peacefully at home, following a long illness, surrounded by her devoted and loving family. Predeceased by her husband Bill. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Antoinette and Deborah, son David, sister Lil, brother-in-law John, daughter-in-law Colette, son-in-law Paul, and grandchildren Rebecca, Jennifer, Eric, Abigail, Alex, Jessica and Amelia, and all of her extended family and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Arriving for Funeral Mass at St Bartholomew's Church, Munterconnaught, at 2pm Saturday, 21st November, with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society Palliative Care Team.

In keeping with the current government guidelines and HSE guidelines, Vera's Mass will be private, please observe COVID-19 restrictions.

Latsey, Canningstown, Cootehill, Cavan

WALTER GRAY, Latsey, Canningstown, Cootehill, Co. Cavan, Friday 20th November 2020, peacefully, in the loving care of his wife and family. Much loved husband of JENNIFER, and dear father of YASMIN and DENVER. Sadly missed by his wife, son, daughter, son-in-law ASHLEY, daughter-in-law JULIE, grandchildren JOSH and BETHANY,sisters MAUREEN and DOREEN and families in Canada, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Resting at the family home (for family, neighbours and friends) adhering to Government COVID 19 guidelines. Removal from his home on Sunday, 22nd November, at 1.30pm to arrive to Cootehill Parish Church for funeral service at 2.00pm. Burial afterwards in Knockbride Parish Churchyard. Family flowers only, please.

Mary Ann Mulligan (née Mulligan)

Coas, Tullynahinera, Castleblayney, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Mary Ann Mulligan, Coas, Tullynahinera, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, Friday, November 20th, peacefully in the tender loving care of the staff at St Mary’s Hospital Castleblayney in her 95th year. Mary Ann, predeceased by her husband Packie and daughter Kay Mc Bennett. Deeply regretted and remembered with love by her sons Jim, Paddy and Terence, daughters Mary and Patricia, daughters in-law, sons in-law, her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and many friends.

May Mary Ann’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

Mary Ann’s funeral cortège will travel from her home (turning right) on Sunday morning at 11am to arrive at the Sacred Heart Church, Lough Egish, for Sunday Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Due to the continued restrictions on public gatherings, Mary Ann’s Funeral will be celebrated in the presence of her family (limited to 25) and house strictly private, please.
