Council permit industrial building

Cavan County Council planners has given the green light for the building of an industrious premises at Ballyjamesduff.

BGM Consulting of Oldcastle Road, Kilquilly, Ballyjamesduff, were granted the permission subject to 17 conditions.

The permission covers the development of a 5,564sqm industrial building for the purpose of light manufacturing. The planning application also provided for associated carparking and bicycle spaces, re-use the existing entrance on to the public road, and to construct a services yard to the rear of the building.

The planning allows for the removal of two existing overground water storage tanks and all associated site works. The local authority received the application at the end of November and reached their decision last week
