Mary Byrane

The death has occurred of Mary Byrane (née McGovern (Jack)), Dunboyne, Meath and formerly of Altnasheen, Glangevlin, Co. Cavan January 8th. 2021, peacefully, at home, surrounded by her husband Jimmy and son John.

Pre-deceased by her loving daughter Kathleen and her brother Joe. Much loved and missed by her sister Kathleen and her brothers John and Michael, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Due to Government advice and restrictions regarding public gatherings a private family funeral will take place. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral but due to current restrictions cannot may leave a message on RIP.ie or at www.cunninghamsfunerals.com.

Joe Maguire

The death has occurred of Joe Maguire Altinure, Corlough, Cavan. Peacefully at home. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Ita, son Francis (Pauline), daughters Eilish (Paul), Josephine (Richard), sister Sheila Butler (Bohola Co. Mayo), grandchildren Mark, Gemma, Noel, Anthony, Elizabeth, Micheál and Christopher, nieces Breda Carney and Sheila Mary Moran, relatives and friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Remains will leave his late residence on Monday at 11.40am to arrive at Saint Patrick's Church, Corlough, at 12 noon for funeral Mass and burial.

Due to Government & HSE guidelines Joe's wake, funeral Mass and burial will be private to family only. Those who would like to attend but are unable to do so are asked to leave their condolences for the family in the condolence section of RIP.ie. For these who wish to show their support along the route, you are asked to do so by socially distant and safe manner. Joe's family wish to express their appreciation for your understanding and support at this difficult time.

Patrick McKenna

The death has occurred of Patrick McKenna Townspark, Ardee, Louth and Cavan. Peacefully in the care of the staff in the Louth County Hospital, Dundalk. Beloved husband of the late Monica (nee Sullivan), much loved father of Tony, daughter-in-law Elaine, his grandchildren Jessica, Sophie and Stuart, his sister Marie (Cavan), his brothers Seán and Harry (Cavan), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends. May He Rest in Peace

Due to Government guidelines regarding public gatherings, Patrick's funeral will be held in private for family only. Funeral Mass on Monday morning at 10.00 am in the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee. Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery.

Patrick's cortège will leave his son Tony's residence in Bohernamoe on Monday morning at 9.30 am en route to the Church. Those who wish may show their respects along the route in a safe and socially distanced manner.

Christina (Chrissie) Farrell

Christina (Chrissie) Farrell, River Crescent, Rosehill, Mullagh, Co. Cavan and formerly of Poppintree, Ballymun, Dublin and native of Finglas, Dublin.

Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady's Hospital, Navan. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her devoted daughters, Lorraine Byrne (Corlough, Co. Cavan), Siobhan Farrell Harris, (Lusk, Dublin), and Patricia Farrell, (Tallaght, Dublin), her brother and sister, James, (Coolock, Dublin), and Mary Carolan, (Cheshire, U.K.), her adorded grandchildren, Steven, Amy, Megan, Grace, Luke, Lili and Rubi, her great grand daughter, Aoibh and her sons in law, Richard and Anthony, sister in law, Angela, neices and nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May Chrissie rest in eternal peace. Reposing at her home, with removal on Monday at 11am to arrive at Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Rd, Cavan for a service of celebration of Chrissie's life at 12 noon, you can view the service on www.lakelandscrematorium.ie by clicking into live stream and entering 'Lakelands2018' in the private stream box.

Due to current government guidelines in regard to public gatherings, Chrissie's home and service will be restricted to family only. If you wish to leave a personal message or a message of condolence, please do so in the condolence section of RIP.ie.

Chrissie's funeral cortege will travel from Rosehill, through Mullagh Village and Virginia Town, for those who wish to line the route as a mark of respect and support, you are asked to do so in a socially distant and safe manner.
