Thomas (Tommy) McCabe

Carnagh, Kilcogy, Cavan

Tommy died peacefully at The General Hospital Cavan on Wednesday the 17th. February 2021. Predeceased by his brother James. Sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret children Catherine, Mary, James, Maggie and Rosie, daughter-in-law Diane, sons-in-law George,Raymond, Anthony and Barry, sister Margaret Kane (Virginia), grandchildren Margaret, Niall, Sarah, Danial, Lucy, Saragh, James, Lydia and Molly, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives. neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May he rest in peace.

In accordance with Government guidelines and to protect everyone dear to Tommy and his family the Funeral Mass will be private.

Margaret (Maggie) McGovern (née McGreal)

Moneensauran, Glangevlin, Cavan / Ballinaglera, Leitrim

Margaret (Maggie) McGovern (nee McGreal), Moneensauran, Glangevlin, Co. Cavan, formerly Sleivenakilla, Ballinaglera, Co. Leitrim. In her 101st year, peacefully at her son Oliver residence. Predeceased by her husband Charlie and daughter Annie May. Deeply regretted by her children John James, Mary, Paddy, Tony, Oliver, Maggie Rose, Francie and Gerry, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

House is private to family and friends. Due to current restrictions a private family Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday 20th at 1pm in St. Patrick's Church, Glangevlin,with burial afterward to adjoining Cemetery.

Mary Kate McHugh (née McGovern)

Corrachombra, Corlough, Cavan

Peacefully in her 96th year, in the presence of her loving daughter Mary, son-in-law Francie (Rogers) and extended family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Tommy and her brother Hugh. She will be sadly missed by Mary & Francie, her sister-in-law Kathleen, nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her daughter’s residence in Mullyknock, Tempo with Removal on Saturday morning leaving at 11.45am approx. via Swanlinbar, Dernacrieve Cross, Glan Road, Glan Cross, Tullyveela Cross, Cortoon Cross & Devine's Cross to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Corlough for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Due to current restrictions, Mary Kate’s reposing and Funeral Mass will be private to close family only.

Kieran Nolan

Kill, Kilnaleck, Cavan / Beaumont, Dublin

Kieran Nolan, Kill, Kilnaleck, Co. Cavan and formerly of Beaumont, Dublin 9. Thursday, February 18th (peacefully) at his home. Predeceased by his sister Denise. Sadly missed by his daughter Fiona and son Neil, their mother Bernadette, grandchildren Grace & Aisling, son-in-law Martin, sister Ann, brother Tom, extended family and friends.

In line with the current Government and HSE guidelines Kieran's funeral will be private to family. For those who would have liked to attend but are unable to do so, a message of sympathy may be left for the family in the online condolence book on RIP.ie

Susan O'Toole (née Smith)

Ballinacoola, Glenealy, Wicklow / Crosskeys, Cavan

Susan O'Toole (née Smith), Ballinacoola, Glenealy, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Crosskeys, Co. Cavan. 18th February 2021, peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Sean and treasured mother of Catherine, Patrick, Carmel and the late Liam. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Michael and Johnny, daughter-in-law Carmel, grandchildren, great grandchildren, relatives and friends.

Rest in peace.

Due to current restrictions a private family Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, 20th February, at 11am in St. Joseph's Church, Glenealy. Burial afterwards in Glenealy Cemetery. The Mass will be available to view online from 8pm on Saturday via: https://www.facebook.com/EastCoastVideo.

Mary Ward (née McKenna)

9 St. Patrick`s Terrace, Monaghan Town, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Mary Ward (nee McKenna), 9 St. Patrick's Terrace, Monaghan. Thursday 18th February suddenly at her residence. Pre-deceased by her husband Pat-Joe, parents Eddie & Cassie, sister Sadie and brother Eamonn. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Margaret, Catriona & Mandy, sons in law David, Seamus & Des, grandchildren Ciaran, Róisín, Fintan, Dean & Lorcan and sisters Margaret & Susan and brother in law John. Mary will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her wide circle of family & friends.

May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Mary's remains will repose at her residence until removal on Saturday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St. Macartan's Cathedral for 11am funeral Mass, burial afterwards in the Latlurcan Cemetery. Funeral Mass will be streamed live on; https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-macartans-cathedral-monaghan. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to a charity close to Mary's heart c/o Peter McMahon, McMahon's Funeral Home, Emyvale or any family member.

Due to current restrictions, Mary's house, funeral and burial will be private to family only. Anyone wishing to pay their respects, may do so as Mary's funeral cortege travels from her home to St. Macartan's Cathedral (Please ensure to adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times).

The management and staff of The Anglo-Celt wish to extend their deepest sympathies to the relatives and friends of the deceased. May they rest in peace.
