Mist should clear to reveal another dry sunny day

Mostly sunny day ahead

Any mist or fog patches will clear early this morning to leave another dry and mostly sunny day with just some patchy cloud developing at times during the afternoon, forecast Met Éirean for Easter Saturday. Highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees, in light northerly or variable breezes.

Tonight will be dry with clear spells, with some mist and fog developing. Frosty patches may also develop locally as temperatures fall to between -1 to +4 degrees in light variable breezes.

Tomorrow

Easter Sunday will be dry over much of the country with the best of the sunshine in the south. It will be cloudier further north. Patchy light rain or drizzle will develop in Ulster and north Connacht during the afternoon, extending further south during the evening. Highest temperatures of 9 to 14 degrees. However, becoming cooler through the afternoon as moderate westerly breezes veer northwesterly and freshen.
