Terence (Terry) Cahill

Kildorough, Ballyjamesduff, Cavan

The death has occurred of Terence (Terry) Cahill, Kildorough, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, peacefully at home. Predeceased by his infant son Gerard, sister Mary Theresa, brothers Larry, Mattie and Pat Joe. Sadly missed by his loving wife Anne, children Mary, Patrick and Cathy, son in law John, daughter in law Niamh, grandchildren Euan, Caoimhe, David, Kyla, Eoghan, Laura, Lana, Roisin, Roan and Phoenix, siblings Philip, Bernie, Bartle and Nancy, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private funeral Mass will take place for family in St. Mary’s Church, Castlerahan, on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 12 noon, with interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Frank Duffy

Corlatt House, Shantonagh, Latton, Monaghan

Peacefully in Drumbear Nursing Home, Monaghan. Beloved husband of Mary (formerly O'Neill, Follum,Roslea). Pre-deceased by his Mother, Father and siblings. Sadly missed by the O'Neill Family Follum, Roslea, cousin Paddy Duffy and his nieces Yasmin, Marese and Louise.

Reposing at Paul Mohan’s Rest Room until removal on Friday morning at 9.45am, to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Bawn, Co. Monaghan for 11.00 o’clock funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Anyone wishing to pay their respects may do so as the funeral cortege travels to the chapel on Friday morning, via Ballybay, Lough Egish, Shantonagh Post Office, Corlatt House and onwards to Bawn. Cumry, Ballybay, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Tom Smyth, Lower Main Street, Ballybay and Cumry, Ballybay, Co Monaghan, Thursday, April 15th, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Matthew and Rose, sisters Alice, Bridie and Rosella, brother Matthew.Tom, deeply regretted and remembered with love by his family wife Mena, sons Sean, Maitiu and Gary, daughters in-law Geraldine, Franki and Lorainne, his cherished grandchildren Emma, Conor, Grace, Stephen, Nainsí, Jane and Caoimhe, nieces and nephew Lisa, Michelle and Noel (New York), cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Tom’s funeral cortège will travel from his home in Cumry on Saturday morning at 10.30am to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Ballybay, for funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Funeral Mass will be live streamed on the link: http://www.churchservices.tv/ballybay

Due to Level 5 restrictions on numbers at funeral ceremonies, Tom’s funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of hid family only and house private.
