Mild weather to continue

The pleasant weather of yesterday looks to continue today as Met Éireann predict another mild day. It will be dry in most areas with sunny spells, however isolated showers will occur. A mild day with highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees Celsius in just light northwesterly or variable breezes.

It will stay dry in most areas tonight with clear spells, though some mist and shallow fog patches will set in, with just light southerly breezes. It will be chilly with lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees Celsius.

Tomorrow, Thursday, will begin mainly dry with sunny spells - the best of these across the north and east. However, outbreaks of rain will move up into Connacht and Munster during the morning with further outbreaks of rain into the afternoon and evening, heaviest later in the day. Highest temperatures of 12 to 14 degrees Celsius.
