Amy (Sarah Emily) Malcolmson

The Cottage, Lisinisky, Kingscourt, Cavan

The death has occurred of Amy (Sarah Emily) Malcolmson, The Cottage, Lisinisky, Kingscourt, Co Cavan, peacefully at CareChoice Nursing Home, Trim, on Wednesday, 16th June 2021, in her 91st year.

Predeceased by her sisters Eva, Iris and Doreen. Sadly missed by her sisters Millie and Joan, brother-in-law George, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Safe in the Arms of Jesus.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private Funeral Service will take place for the family in Ervey Presbyterian Church, Kingscourt on Friday, 18th June, at 1.30pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining Churchyard.

Amy's funeral cortège will travel through Kingscourt on Friday afternoon at approximately 1.15pm via Dublin Road, Church Street and Hall Street, to Ervey Presbyterian Church, arriving at 1.30pm. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line the route in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Peter McCabe

Rakeevan, Bailieborough, Cavan

The death has occurred of Peter McCabe, Rakeevan, Bailieborough, Co. Cavan. Died 15th June 2021, peacefully at home in the loving care of his family after a battle fought with dignity, courage and fortitude. Predeceased by his father Larry, mother Lilly and brother Leonard. Sadly missed by his beloved wife Marian, his heartbroken children Lisa, Damien, Peter, Leonard, Lorretta, Declan, Graham, Leanne and Lauren, sons and daughters in-law, siblings Kathleen, Jim, Eileen, Patricia, Mattie, Una, Maurice, Caroline and Sabrina, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and his many friends.

May he rest in peace.

Removal from his residence Friday morning at 10.30am via Main Street and Anne Street to arrive at St. Anne’s Church Bailieborough for Funeral Mass at 11am. Funeral can be viewed on St. Anne’s Church webcam https://www.churchservices.tv/stannesbailieborough. Burial afterwards in St. Anne’s Cemetery. Due to current HSE and government guidelines Peter’s funeral will be private to family. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines for those who are standing along the funeral procession. House private please.

Anne McDonald

Clough, Cootehill, Cavan

The death has occurred of Ms. Anne McDonald, formerly Clough, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. Died 29/05/2021 peacefully in England. Predeceased by her parents John and Agnes, brother Patrick, sister Mary Hartigan (England), niece Patricia. Sadly missed by her sister Kathleen Kelly (Kerry), brothers John, Michael, Thomas and Francis, sisters in law Teresa and Anne, brother in law Patsy, nieces, nephews, extended family and her many friends.

May She Rest In Peace.

Reposing at the home of her brother Thomas from Thursday evening (17th June) 8pm. Removal from the residence of her brother Thomas McDonald and family at Clough, Cootehill, Co. Cavan on Saturday morning, 19th June, via the Comprehensive School, to St. Mary's Middle Chapel, for funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Due to current HSE and government guidelines Anne's funeral will be private to family.

Marion Della (née Brennan)

'One Acre', Leeg, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Marion Della (née Brennan). 'One Acre', Leeg, Carrickmacross, 16th June 2021. Peacefully, at her home, surrounded by her beloved family, following a short illness. Predeceased by her beloved husband Bill, her parents Michael & Teresa, her infant siblings Hugh & Bridget, her brothers Nickey, Michael, Aidan & Noel and her sister Caroline. Sadly missed and remembered with love by her cherished family, her daughters Alison & Michelle and her sons Graham & Paul, sons-in-law Warren & John and daughter-in-law Miriam, her adored grandchildren Charlotte, Joe, Luke, Lucy, Poppy & Millie, brothers Tom, Francie, Enda & Paul and sister Martina, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

In accordance with current guidelines Marion's Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of her family and close friends (limited to 50) on Friday, 18th June, at 11am in St. Enda's Church, Killanny followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery. There will be an opportunity for the community to pay their respects by lining the route, in a socially distanced manner, as Marion's funeral cortège leaves her home on Friday at 10:30am via Tullygoan and Lannette proceeding to St Enda's Church.
