Nora Drumm (née Reilly)

Pollakeel, Mountnugent, Cavan / Navan, Meath

Formerly of Wilkinstown, Navan, Co Meath. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in Cavan General Hospital. Beloved wife of Tommy & mother of Margaret, Thomas, Ann, John Paul, Lorraine & Nora. Sadly missed by her husband, children, sons in law Tommy & Derek, daughters in law Zanita & Stephanie, her 14 grandchildren, twin brother Brian, sisters Mary Kate, Eleanor (deceased), Joan, Angela & Pauline, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, neighbours & friends.

Removal from the family home on Monday to St. Brigid's Church, Mountnugent for funeral Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Ballinacree Cemetery. Liam Keogh

Shannow, Ballinagh, Cavan

Liam Keogh, Shannow, Ballinagh, who died peacefully on Saturday, 10th July, in the wonderful, caring management and staff of the Fairlawns Nursing Home, Bailieboro, who made Liam's stay there a very happy one. Sadly missed by his cousins, kind neighbours and good friends.

May He Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Finnegan's Funeral and Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan, on Sunday evening from 5.30pm until 7pm. Removal from the funeral home on Monday morning to arrive St. Mary's Church, Bruskey, for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Mullaghboy Cemetery.

Due to HSE and government restrictions, attendance at Liam's funeral Mass is limited to 50 people.

Rose Sheridan (née Lynch)

Dunheeda, Kingscourt, Meath / Kingscourt, Cavan

The death has occurred of Rose Sheridan, née Lynch, Dunheeda, Kingscourt, Co. Meath, peacefully at Our Lady’s Hospital, Navan, Friday, 9th July 2021.

Predeceased by her husband Eamonn. Deeply regretted by her loving daughters Deborah, Laura (Aidan) & Ann (Raymond), sons Damien (Beccy) & Barrie and her grandchildren Liam, Jamie and Caoimhe. Sadly missed by her sisters Katie and Nellie, brothers Billy, James, Pat, Jude, Hughie, Martin and Peter, stepmother Briege, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace.

Due to government advice regarding public gatherings, a private Funeral Mass will take place for family in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Rose's funeral cortège will start from her home on Monday morning at 9.30am, travelling via Church Street, Main Street, Lower Main Street and Hall Street to the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Friends and neighbours are welcome to line that route in a socially distanced manner as a mark of respect.

Philip Traynor

New York and formerly of 46 St. Macartans Villas, Carrickmacross, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Philip Traynor, (All Boro Floor Services) New York and formerly of 46 St. Macartans Villas, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, suddenly in New York Saturday 10th July 2021. Predeceased by his parents Eugene and Kathleen and his brother Pat. Devoted father to Courtney, Ryan, Grainne and Ciara. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his heartbroken children, brother Martin, sister Mary (Kirk), brother-in-law Pearse, sister-in-law Maureen, nephew David, cousins, extended family, and his many friends in both Monaghan and New York, especially the wider GAA community.

May His Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Philip’s Requiem Mass will take place in New York.

Mary Brannigan (née Mc Givern)

Derrykinard, Swanns Cross, Rockcorry, Monaghan

Mary Brannigan nee Mc Givern, Derrykinard, Swanns Cross, Co Monaghan. Saturday 10th July, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Pat, son Conor, daughter in law Briege, grandchildren, Kyle, Josh and Nicole, sister Helen, brothers in law, sister in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a large circle of friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Remains reposing at her residence until removal on Monday morning to St Mary's Church Rockcorry arriving for 11 o'clock private funeral Mass. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in Holy Trinity Cemetery.

Mary's funeral Mass will be live streamed on the Ematris Parish Face Book Page.
