Paddy Archbold

Drumlayden, Corlough, Cavan / Santry, Dublin

Corlough, Co. Cavan and formerly of Magenta Crescent, Santry, Dublin.

Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital in the presence of family. Predeceased by his wife Bernie and his sons John and Alan. Paddy will be sadly missed by his sons Patrick, Niall, Garrett & Ciaran, daughters Caroline & Sinead, brothers Willie & Anthony, sister-in-law Vera, his special friend Peggy, daughters-in-law Attracta, Kristin & Sharon, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Smiths Funeral Home, High St., Ballinamore, Co. Leitrim this Wednesday evening from 5pm until 7 pm with removal afterwards to St. Patrick’s Church, Corlough for Mass at 8pm. See Corlough/Templeport Facebook page for link.

Reposing at Rock’s Funeral Home, North St. Townparks, Swords on Thursday evening from 7pm until 8.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning in the Holy Child Church, Whitehall, Dublin at 10.30am followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery, Balgriffin, Dublin 17.

Linda Chalkright, Ferrangarve, Arva, Co. Cavan, Sunday, 17th October, 2021, peacefully. Beloved wife of Allan, Linda will be sadly missed by her family and loved ones.

Funeral Service in Arva Parish church on Thursday afternoon at 1.30pm, followed by cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan, at 3pm.

Kathleen (ReneÍ) McDonald, Crosserlough, Co. Cavan, Tuesday 19th October 2021 Peacefully Surrounded by her family in the care of the Staff of the Lisdarn Unit Cavan. Predeceased by her parents and her husband James. Dearly beloved mother of Breege (Parker), Margaret, Matthew, Leo and Fergal, daughters-in-law Sinead, Susan and Geraldine, son-in-law Stephen, sister, brothers, grandchildren Niamh, Leah, Aoife and James, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Late of 35 Main Street, Ballybay, Co. Monaghan and Dreenane, Cabury, Co. Kildare. Suddenly, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Co. Louth. Beloved wife of husband Michael and loving mother of Michael, Margaret, Breda, Patrick and Caroline. Mary will be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Shauna, Chloe, Kaitlyn, Mia, Zak, Asa, Lauren, Aaron, Jack and Ava, sister Teresa, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, relatives and friends.

Mary will repose at her home in 1 Westwood, Drogheda (Eircode A92 XKF1) on Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm. Please wear a face covering and adhere to current guidelines. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 2pm in the Holy Trinity Church, Derrinturn, Carbury, Co. Kildare followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. The sudden death has occurred of Tommy McCarron, Mullaghbrack, Glaslough, Co. Monaghan, H18 R704 on Saturday, October 16th 2021.

Pre-deceased by his parents and sister Kathleen. Lovingly remembered by his wife Margaret, son Eugene, daughters Aureila (Stevely), Milly (McDowell), Eimear (Scullion) and Danielle, grandchildren, James, Jack, Patrick, Aoibhinn and Breandán, extended family and friends.

Tommy's remains will repose at his residence from 6pm today Tuesday (please adhere to all social distancing guidelines) until removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St.Patrick's Church, Corracrin for 11am Funeral Mass (limited to 50% of church capacity); https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/st-patricks-catholic-church-corracrin.
