Link CU has invested heavily in technology to ensure its members have the most secure and enhanced digital services available. They offer a secure mobile banking app called CuMobile, which facilitates all banking services including checking balances, applying for products and loan and transferring funds. It’s secure, simple and easy to use.
The branches have also recently introduced a ‘Loan from Home’ for members. This service allows members to apply for a loan through the mobile app CuMobile or online banking portal, upload all the relevant documents securely, digitally sign and draw down funds electronically or have them paid to a bank account. This service helps members who cannot come into the offices or choose not to.
