Gerry Callaghan

Carnaville, Moynalty, Meath / Tierworker, Cavan

Gerry Callaghan, Carnaville, Moynalty, Kells, Co. Meath, died 22nd November 2021, suddenly at his residence. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Edel, son Garret, daughter Lisa, daughter-in-law Deborah, son-in-law Arron, grandchildren Tammy, Shane, T.J, Jack & Sarah, brother Michael, sisters Maeve & Antoinette, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his residence for family and close friends Thursday until removal Saturday at 10.30am to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Moynalty for Funeral Mass at 11am with burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

May he rest in peace.

Carmel Coulston (née Gilroy)

Preaching House Lane, Ballyconnell

& formerly Church Street and Aughaweena, Kildallan

November 23rd at home surrounded by her devoted family.

Predeceased by her husband Bill, her sisters Frances & Joan and her brother Jim. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving daughters Jan(Alan), Paula(Brendan), Karen(Eugene), Lorraine(Kieran), Grainne(Noel), and Sorcha, sisters Nora, Nancy, Catherine & Maura, sisters-in-law Freda, Tessie, brothers-in-law George, Duncan, Sean(Joyce) & Joe(Mary).

Sadly missed by her grandchildren Laura, Eoin, Lauren & Darragh, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.

Rest in Peace.

House strictly private please. Removal on Thursday morning at 11:30am arriving at Our lady of Lourdes church, Ballyconnell for funeral mass at 12 o'clock. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Due to government & HSE guidelines the church will be limited to 50% capacity.

Gerard Mc Kenna

Corlealackagh, Castleblayney, Monaghan

Tuesday the 23rd of November peacefully at his residence. Surrounded by his loving family.

Deeply regretted and remembered with love by his wife Paula, Mother, May, Father, Jimmy, sisters Nuala, Siobhan and Catriona. Brothers-in-law John, Gerard and Dermot. Nephews Aidan, Shane, Cormac, Aaron, Niall, nieces Niamh and Chloe. Mother and father-in-law, JJ and Mary B O’ Neill and family.

May Gerard’s gentle soul rest in peace.

Margaret Johnston (née McQuaid)

Greagh, Loughmourne, Castleblayney, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Margaret Johnston (née McQuaid),Greagh, Loughmourne, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan. Peacefully, in the tender care of the staff in St. Mary’s Hospital, Castleblayney, surrounded by her loving family, Monday 22nd November 2021. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Teresa, her brothers Pat and Joseph. Deeply regretted and lovingly missed by her husband Danny, daughter, Caroline, son, Ian, grandchildren, Dean, Ryan, Luke and Rebeca, daughter-in-law, Rosemary, Caroline’s partner Fernando, sister, Teresa (McGuirk), nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Margaret's home is strictly private.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Patient Comfort Fund, Dromore House, St Mary’s Hospital care of any family member or Hughes Funeral Director’s, Castleblayney.

Anyone wishing to pay their respects may do so as Margaret’s funeral cortège will leave from her home on Wednesday morning at 10am travelling via Tussy Cross, Ballybay and Monaghan arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Urbleshanny for requiem mass at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery where Margaret will be laid to rest alongside her loving parents Joseph and Teresa.

There will be no public wake as Margaret’s funeral and burial will be celebrated privately by her family.

Kevin McQuaid

Drumarrell, Emyvale, Monaghan

The death has occurred of Kevin McQuaid, Drumarrell, Emyvale, Co.Monaghan, Tuesday 23rd November, peacefully at Cavan General Hospital.

Pre-deceased by his loving wife Mary, sister Sadie, and brothers Francie, Sean, Jim & Colm. Sadly missed by his sons, Francie, Sean, Declan & Alan, daughters in law, grandchildren and his brother Vincent (Scotland).

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Kevin's remains will repose at McMahons Funeral Home, Emyvale, H18 FK80 on Wednesday evening from 6pm - 9pm (please adhere to HSE guidelines at all times). House private to family & close friends at all other times.

Kevin's Funeral Mass, will take place on Friday morning at 11am at The Sacred Heart Church, Carrickroe; https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/church-of-the-sacred-heart-2, burial afterwards in The Church of The Holy Family cemetery, Ballyoisin.

Mourners are welcome to pay their respects as Kevins Funeral cortege travels the route to the church on Friday morning (please adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times).
