It is with regret that we note the following deaths in our community over the past few days, as reported on RIP.ie

Aoife O'Reilly (née Mc Kiernan)

Castleblayney, Monaghan / Cootehill, Cavan

The death has occurred of Aoife O'Reilly (nee Mc Kiernan) Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, formerly Drumhose, Kill, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. January 12th 2022. Predeceased by her loving father Jim, brother Seamus, sister Maura. Aoife passed away peacefully at the Mater Hospital Dublin in the care of the staff and surrounded by her loving family. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her family, husband Damien, daughter Mary-Kate, Mother Rosemary, brother Paul, Sister-in-law Sophie, father-in-law P.J., mother-in-law Kay, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives and friends.

MAY SHE REST IN PEACE.

Aoife will be reposing at her mother's home, Drumhose, Kill, Cootehill, among her family and friends until removal on Saturday morning at 11.30am to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, Kill for 12 noon Funeral Mass, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.

The O'Reilly and Mc Kiernan families would like to thank you for your cooperation and consideration at this difficult time. Friends and neighbours are very welcome to line the route on Saturday morning in a safe and socially distanced manner as a mark of respect of Aoife.

Tony O'Reilly

Portmarnock, Dublin / Carrickmacross, Monaghan

O'Reilly Tony, Portmarnock and formerly of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and late of Ballymun Senior Comprehensive School. 12th January 2022. Suddenly, at home. Beloved husband of Margaret. Very sadly missed by his loving wife, sons Niall and Eoghan, brothers Sean, Barry and Claron, sisters Maura, Clodagh and Trudagh, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

May He Rest in Peace.

Reposing at his home on Saturday, 15th January, from 6pm to 8pm. Removal to St. Anne's Church, Portmarnock on Monday morning for 10am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Fingal Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
