Bunnoe, Cavan
Una FitzsimonsUna Fitzsimons, (nee Campbell), Edragole, Lisboduff, Cootehill, Co. Cavan. Died 11 April 2022, peacefully surrounded by her family at St James’ Hospital Dublin. Predeceased by her husband James.
Much loved mother of Rosemarie, Gerard, Deirdre and Finola.
Will be very sadly missed by her children, her daughter in law Caroline, her adored grandchildren Óníosa, Caolán, Éireann, James, Cathal, Grace and Katie, her brother in law Dessie and his wife Mena, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Mary Lioila Caldwell
Clonkeefy, Ballyjamesduff, Cavan
Mary passed away peacefully at Cavan General Hospital Monday 11th April. Predeceased by her parents Brian and Katie, sister Patricia Farrelly. Deeply regretted and remembered by her loving brother Brendan, brother in law Peter Farrelly, niece and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
REST IN PEACE
Removal on Tuesday evening 12th April to St Mary's Church, Castlerahan arriving at 7.30 pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday 13th at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. House strictly private please. The family ask all to take precaution due to Covid 19 no hand shakes and wear mask where possible please.
John Edward Ginger
Bridge View, Virginia, Cavan
The death has occurred peacefully at St. Joseph's Nursing Home, Virginia after a long illness bravely borne, of John Edward Ginger, Bridge View, Virginia, Co. Cavan. Predeceased by his mother Kathleen and his twin brother Victor. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his partner William, his father John, his sister Kathy, his son Stephen, his daughter in law Debbie and his grandchildren Theo, Hayden, Peyton and Zachary, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Matthews Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 7 o'clock until 9 o'clock for family and friends. A service of thanksgiving for the life of John will take place in Matthews Funeral Home on Wednesday at 12 o'clock with burial afterwards in Virginia Parish Graveyard.
Richard Merriman
Ankerland, Fore, Castlepollard, Westmeath / Virginia, Cavan
Richard Merriman of Ankerland, Fore, Castlepollard, Co. Westmeath residing in Knocktemple, Munterconnaught, Co. Cavan tragically passed on April 9th 2022 aged 36. Sadly missed by his Fiancée Jane Keogh, his parents Michael and Maria, brother Robert, sisters Lisa and Roseanna, the Keogh family, nephew, nieces, cousins, uncles, aunts, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Richard will repose at his family residence Ankerland, Fore, Castlepollard, Co.Westmeath (Eircode N91KW65), on Wednesday, April 13th, from 4pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning (April 14th) to St. Feichin's Church, Fore for funeral mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Please adhere to current Covid-19 advice in relation to mask wearing.

Bernadette Shannon (née McGovern)
Clonosey, Belturbet, Cavan
Bernadette Shannon, ( nee Mc Govern ), Clonosey, Belturbet, Co Cavan. Monday April 11, peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff at Cavan General Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Jim Shannon and devoted mother of Stephen (Elizabet ), Seamus (Ailis ), Bernadette (Mark), Liam ( Pauline ), Francis, Camilla (Evan ) and Jo-Ann (Felix). Bernadette will be very sadly missed by her loving family, her adored grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Vera O' Connor, Lisnaskea, nephews, nieces, all her relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at her home in Clonosey, ( H14 KX62) on Tuesday evening from 4pm until 8pm. As Covid 19 is still very much with us,we would ask everyone to take precaution, no hand shakes and wear a mask where possible please. Removal from the house on Wednesday morning at 11.30 to St. Patrick's Church, Drumalee arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial following Mass in the adjoining cemetery in the family plot . No flowers please, donations in lieu would be appreciated to Palliative care, Cavan, c/o Mc Mahon Funeral Directors, Cavan or any family member.

The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Duffy. Fort View, Lisdoonan, Carrickmacross. 11th April 2022. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by his beloved wife Denise. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his sons Brendan & Kevin, his daughter-in-law Nicci, his granddaughters Ciara, Isabella & Amanda, his sister Maureen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives & friends.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick & Annie. John will be sadly missed by his loving wife Veronica, sons Patrick & Niall, daughter Laura and their partners, grandchildren, sisters Marian, Ann & Susan, brothers Martin & Eoin, extended family and friends.
