Showers to give way for a dry evening

Cloudy this morning in west Ulster with showery rain, report Met Éireann. Dry elsewhere with sunny spells. In the afternoon, there will be a mix of cloud and sunny spells as scattered showers develop, some heavy with isolated hail. The evening will be dry for many as showers begin to ease. Highest temperatures of 10 to 13 degrees with light northwest breezes.

The Solar UV Index is moderate for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Lingering showers will die out early tonight becoming dry and clear. Fog will likely form in parts with calm conditions. Another cold night with a touch of grass frost possible with lowest temperatures of -1 to +3 degrees.

Tomorrow

Some mist or fog to start tomorrow, clearing in the morning as sunny spells develop. Some fog may linger on eastern coasts. Turning cloudier in west Ulster during the day with some drizzle possible on the coast. Most areas will be dry, with just the chance of an isolated shower later. Light southerly breezes, with highs of 13 to 15 degrees.
