Iarla Ó Lionáird and Steve Cooney in Cavan Town's Church of Ireland - surely tonight's gig will be amongst the most memorable arts events of the decade?

Renowned two-time Grammy nominee Iarla Ó Lionáird and acoustic guitar virtuoso Steve Cooney have forged a unique musical partnership over many year performing songs from the sean-nós tradition (singing in the old/traditional style).

Steeped in West Cork music traditions Iarla has established an international prominence through his stunning performances with supergroup The Gloaming, while Steve represents Australian aboriginal imagination. Together they create distinctive, memorable music.
